bloody orange

I got the chance to work with *Scent City and test one of their perfumes.
When I received the perfume I was jumping with excitement, all because the bottle looks like a cupcake, its so cute I wanted to eat it.
I always believe that its impossible to review a perfume unless you have used it a few times in decent quantity, I literally have to spray it on my neck, chest, wrists and clothes, yes I always go over the top with it, but I will know what I think of scent by doing it.
Smelling the perfume I instantly thought it is perfect for this season, its very fresh and light, it has an appealing fragrance of citrus with a hint of vanilla and amber, it smells amazingly sweet.
My immediate impression was that this fragrance was composed with a very high percentage of natural ingredients, so I immediately read the components.
Orange, lemon, grapefruit, bergamot, carrot, cyclamen, lotus, jasmine, cumin, saffron, cinnamon, amber, cedar, patchouli, caramel, vanilla and white musk. It all comes together seamlessly, and for £40 what more could you ask for?
The citrus smell is prominent at first but after a few hours and you get that beautiful soft, rich smell of amber afterwards.
This fragrance is perfect for an everyday fragrance, whether your meeting friends for lunch or going out on a romantic date.
I highly recommend this fragrance, they also have 4 others in the series of Alice & Peter range and its available on request, do go and check out Scent City they specialise in retail of perfume and luxury home fragrances and see what other smellies they have, you never know you might just find a new favourite perfume.
